My client, a growing care provider of nursing homes for older people, is currently recruiting for a Home Manager for their medium sized nursing home in Wigan.

As Nursing Home Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day running of the home. Your key duties will include financial management; all staff responsibilities including recruitment, retention, training and development; health and safety for both the residents and the staff, and promoting the home in the local area to maintain the homes excellent reputation, as well as ensuring bed occupancy remains high.

You will be RGN qualified with experience of managing a care home, ideally one that has a good CQC rating. This is an excellent opportunity to manage the flagship home in a respected and growing care group.
