My client, a medium-sized care provider of nursing homes throughout the South and East of England, is currently recruiting for a Nursing Home Manager for its 60-bed nursing and dementia home in Norfolk.
As Home Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day running of the nursing home, which boasts excellent occupancy rates. Your key duties will include recruitment, retention, staff training and development, and ensuring that the highest standards of care are delivered. You will have excellent working knowledge of National Minimum Standards and Regulations, managing weekly/monthly financial budgets, safeguarding procedures and related legislation.
You will be a registered nurse (RGN or RMN) and ideally hold your RMA/LMC qualification, although this is not essential. This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected and growing company.
